Charlie Neon Imagination and her friends discover an ancient ruin in the forest after fending off Queen Scarlet. While exploring, Charlie, Chuck, Atom, and Bucky are blasted high into the sky, landing in a world of floating islands known as the Highlands.

There, they encounter a familiar face: Jack, who learns of a long-forgotten destiny. They also meet Briize, a Cloud Wisp with shapeshifting abilities and telepathic powers, along with a Princess and an Indigo Ribbon Scorpio.

However, when they are captured by the two most dangerous criminals, Phoenix and Panther, they manage to escape, but Bucky is taken!
